Are you having trouble adjusting to motherhood?
Are you feeling sad, anxious, angry, or scared? Do you feel like there is no hope of feeling better? Are you physically and emotionally exhausted? Youβre not alone, mama.
We know that as many as 1 in 5 moms struggle with postpartum depression and anxiety. Many times it can feel like you’re the only one, but know that you are NOT alone.
