Thank you so much for sharing the news of your book with us. I hope our visitors will give it a try.
Also, I want to thank you for adding your successful recovery experience with us. Although I do not believe in taking a pill at the drop of a hat, I can attest to the fact that -- so far -- the best and most successful treatment for PPD is medication along with talk therapy. Since the consequences of untreated PPD can be so life-changing and sometimes devasting, I cannot imagine taking that risk by refusing to take treatment that works. Yes, there are risks in taking drugs, but in most cases of PPD the risks of not taking them can be greater.
