I was very saddened by Tom Cruise's comments about PPD. I have gone through so much suffering but finally recovery. I could NOT have done it without medication. I have written and published my experiences in a book called "Baby Feat" that is available at most online book sellers. Women just need to know that they are not alone and help is available.
