Hello. I am so sorry you are having so much difficulty with PPD/OCD. Are you on medication? There is medication available to control OCD, so if you are not on it ask your doctor about it. If you are on it, perhaps the dosage needs to be adjusted. If that doesn't work maybe the medication should be changed.
