My heart goes out to you right now. I can only imagine what you are going through. Along with being a PPD survivor, I am a psychiatric nurse who works with acutely mentally ill adults. Helena is right. You need to get her to a hospital asap. Dependng on where you live, there are different ways law enforcement may be able to help you get her in.
