Sounds like you're doing all the right things. The only other thing I would suggest would be for you to find support from someone who has suffered PPD/PPP and who has now recovered. Women who have been in exactly the same place you are now can be immensely helpful in your recovery.
You might want to visit www.ppdsupportpage.com. It's an excellent, online PPD support group.
Also, I have names and email addresses of women who have volunteered to help other women suffering from PPD that I will be happy to share with you if you drop me an email.
