I just had a baby 7 weeks ago and I can't shake this horrible sadness that I am feeling. I am crying every day and I am so irritable. I feel like I am going crazy. I also have an 8-year-old who doesn't understand why his mom is in tears all day. I love my baby, but I am just so overwhelmed for some reason. I feel so tired even when I actually get some sleep. My husband is very supportive of me and knows something is wrong. It is just hard to explain to him how I am feeling. I need to talk to someone who is going through this too or has been through this. Sometimes I just want to run away.
